Rating metrics: Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)

This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 88.2/100, a mean average of 87.1/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 88.6/100. The standard deviation for this track is 15.0.

DoctorBob has been political since Section.80. Hell, tackling political issues was a major part of To Pimp A Butterfly. This is no different than Kendrick talking about how the government seduces successful blacks into overspending in order to boost the economy on tracks like Wesley's Theory

A god-damn wake up call for America. Kendrick just hits the mark with this song and packages it up with mind blowing production. That beat switch and Bono's verse are already going down in history.

Who would've thought that this is what a Kendrick Lamar collaboration with U2 would sound like! I didn't know what to expect when I saw it on the tracklisting but I guess I should've just trusted King Kendrick that it would be up to his level.

Kendrick's monotone delivery sounds really dejected and cynical in the first verse, and with his voice-switching abilities he naturally draws you close to listen to what he has to say before he completely shouts you down in the police chase section, which for me is like the central moment of the whole album due to it's shock value as well as how dark and urgent it is (this is musically speaking, lyrically speaking FEAR. is the central moment in terms of the album's concept, particularly the final verse). The Bono verse tops the whole thing off. Like I say, it just somehow works. An ironic take on America to follow the incredibly violent verse set by Kendrick beforehand.

This track strongly sums up the tone of the album.
