Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a mean average rating of 93.0/100. The trimmed mean (excluding outliers) is 94.8/100. The standard deviation for this track is 12.6.

Best Song of rock and Roll History
Overplayed masterpiece. Same legendary status as Bohemian Rhapsody.
Jimmy Page's finest moment.
It's not Bohemian Rhapsody or Starless, but it's really, really good.
Uma imensa balada em uma música de rock! Fantástica!
Ballad part 9.5/10
Rock part 10/10
As much as I don't want to bring up the fact that it's overplayed to death, just saying this song is great doesn't do it justice. I went a really long time without listening to this song cause I was sick of it. While I prefer a few other Led Zeppelin songs, it's gradual build up as it goes, then when the drums come in, then that solo, my gosh, it gud. It's beautifully executed, and such a great song, even if it has been overplayed to death.
This song is perfect. It's a classic - nothing much can be really said. The guitar solo in this song is among the top ten. Bonham's drumming, Jones' bass-work and Plant's lyrics and vocal performance are top notch.
