Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 4% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 81.5/100, a mean average of 79.2/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 82.2/100. The standard deviation for this track is 20.8.

Part One: "Pound Cake"
I firmly believe that this one of the greatest beats of all time. It's strength comes from how simple it is. The Ellie Goulding sample is beautiful and haunting. The drums are nice and punchy, and the soft electric piano fills the track out nicely. And that's really all there is, and that's all it needs. Drake's verse is great, but I think Jay-Z's verse is very underwhelming. The "cake, cake, cake" part especially just feels lazy and underwritten. But despite Jay's verse being pretty mid, "Pound Cake" is still fantastic, mostly due to the phenomenal beat.
Part Two: "Paris Morton Music 2"
While the beat isn't as good as "Pound Cake", it's still pretty good. I think the snare sounds a bit too clunky, but the piano definitely makes up for it. Drake kills his verse here, imo it's the best verse of the two parts.
Overall, this is a fantastic closing track.
Pound Cake:
Jay-Z is alright. Drake is awesome on this track. The background female vocals is hauntingly soothing.
Paris Morton Music 2:
Again, Drake is phenomenal with his final tracks. "Fuck that 'happy to be hear' shit that y'all want me on." is one of my favorite lines ever.
I know rap is not up most people's alleys on this site. Do you have to be young to enjoy this? Hell, I don't know. It's just another form of expression. Is this type of expression deep and meaningful? Sometimes, especially with Kendrick Lamar, Drake, and Kanye, but eventually this type of music hits the spot once in a while.
