Rating metrics: Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)

This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 92.3/100, a mean average of 91.2/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 92.6/100. The standard deviation for this track is 13.1.

To me, this is Tame Impala's best track. Perfect length, perfect vocals, and perfect production. Tame Impala's songwriting ability is strong and this is their best work so far.

An absolute masterpiece of a track, indescribably brilliant. One of, if not the, best song of the decade.

If this is not in a "Songs of the Decade" list then I don't know what is.
Check out the chord progression. The song is primarily built around a chord progression in E major that somehow has a Absus4 chord in there and then the verses are in F# a pretty typical chord progression, and he does these transitions flawlessly.

Kevin has a tendency to have a song that transitions between 2 keys with one of the keys having an atypical chord in it for that key, and it's a thing of beauty. This song has some synths and drum sounds that might not age well but the core musicality of it (and a lot of his music) is timeless.
