Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. Often overlooked classic NWOBHM album. So pleased to have picked up this re-issue on spatter vinyl, to marry with their debut, also on spatter vinyl, just need Denim and Leather now to complete the trio. Title track is a banger, Dallas 1pm a personal favourite, altogether great metal album.
This is about as NWOBHM as it gets. Lot of good songs. The copy I have of this has 5 added tracks of some of the songs live. Saxon are one of those bands where the live versions sound better. Just saying.

Good to see this one leap up the ratings recently (over 12,000 places!) Great album, largely over-looked.
