Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album has a Bayesian average rating of 65.3/100, a mean average of 63.7/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 63.7/100. The standard deviation for this album is 16.6.

Loved it!
So I finally listened to the album that contains one of my favorite songs of all time, (Pinch Me). How was it? Ehh. Definitely not bad. There are many great tracks, but also just enough so that I probably will never listen to the full album again. If you are only going to listen to one track off of this album, I would say go with track 3, "Pinch Me". That song is DEFINITELY worth a listen. I'd also say listen to 4, 5, 7, and 9. If you were to ignore at least one song off of the album, ignore track 6. Not so great.
Not serious enough to be taken seriously. So I don't. I can dig it.
Baby Seat, Pinch Me, and the album closer Tonight Is the Night I Fell Asleep at the Wheel are some of BNL's best songs. They trade to be more serious on this album after the success of Stunt but the songs here are more miss then hit.
A fine album with several fine songs. It's no Stunt as there's no "One Week" but still a worthwhile listen.
Their gift of melody remains, but they try to get more serious with their subject matter. It doesn't quite work. These guys do cute better than profound.
A couple alright tracks, but an otherwise boring album. "Pinch Me" is the best song and I don't even find it to be all that good.
