Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album is rated in the top 1% of all albums on BestEverAlbums.com. This album has a Bayesian average rating of 80.7/100, a mean average of 79.6/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 81.0/100. The standard deviation for this album is 16.6.

Ahhh, the childhood memories that listening to this bought back. The school discos etc. Starts to ooze of saccharin by half way threw. Too much in one hit is no good but you gotta admit, Benny & Bjorn are brilliant songwriters. You can't knock Abba
ABBA fucks so hard
A wonderful, and large collection of well-made, catchy pop songs. I always compare this album to the Beatles' 1.
When I was a teenager, this type of music was cringe worthy. Disco/Pop was the enemy. Now that I'm older (and have heard some terrible pop music), this music is actually not so bad. Cream of the crop of pop music. I wouldn't spend time with this band (getting into them), but if I want to listen to something with my wife that isn't terrible, this is something we can agree on and I don't want to tear out my eyeballs.
My rating is for the Australasian version, which is a weaker as it has more early material.
If you cant like this music, I feel sorry for you.
Great perfect pop songs. You cannot fail to love these tracks. They're so much fun. Dancing Queen, Mamma mia, Waterloo, and, Knowing you, Knowing me, are all pop masterpieces. A great collection of songs.
Love listening to this as much as I did in 1992. Uplifting.
No songs from the Visitors-Album!!!!!!!!!! (except: "one of us")
ABBA is a compilation-style band. GOLD was massive, and even though my sister played the crap out of it, I still like it.
