Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album is rated in the top 12% of all albums on BestEverAlbums.com. This album has a Bayesian average rating of 74.7/100, a mean average of 74.6/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 75.0/100. The standard deviation for this album is 9.8.

I much prefer this to their self titled, which i can never latch onto. This annoys me, as that album is much more acclaimed than Born Under Saturn. Why can't I love it as much? What's wrong with me?
Vale a viagem!
Definitely underrated! Its fault? It's too long
Their very trippy sound is, in fact, original and underrated. Agree with Rayzer6 but the first half is definitely enjoyable.
Nothing exceptionnel here... just a good refreshing electro/art-rock album.
Favorite tracks: First Ligh, Reflections
Less favorite tracks: Found You, Shot Down
This is a pretty fun indie pop record with some cool sounding electronic elements. Not as good as their first record however. It starts feeling a bit to repetitive towards the end and a couple of the songs could be trimmed down in length
Another strong album but not quite as good as the first.
OMFG I LOVE THIS ALBUM!!
Another great collection of songs built on beautiful melodies and an uncommon but successful use of choirs mixed to electonic touches. This is what indie pop always should sound like.
