Surely this is better than 325th best album of the year, best album I have heard this year have to spread the word

It's easy to forget how much a sense of humour John Lydon has especially in light of him being in not one but two heritage rock acts. More poppier and less serious than it's predecessor This Is PIL - but by no means lightweight, What The World...is another demonstration of Lydon's unique if not skewed take on rock'n'roll from this Acme figurehead of punk rock.
