AYE which is a masterpiece. Much more consistent and full of surprisingly good tracks not getting the praise they deserve (Love Or Confusion, May This Be Love). I passionately love The Doors too, but it has a couple of tracks I don't care much about (Back Door Man most notably).
I went with The Doors, though both are excellent. I think I'd take Hendrix's catalogue over The Doors', but I don't think Jimi ever made an album as good as their debut.
