I've thought about putting an Oscar Peterson album on there for quite some time. Probably On The Town. (I'm trying to limit the jazz though).
Broken Social Scene have been on and off from time-to-time (You Forgot It In People). Elyse Weinberg, Glenn Gould and Destroyer all have albums I've considered putting on there as well, but that's about it. A lot more would fit in a top 250, but I've never actually bothered making that.
