I love his reviews. I would say he is probably my number one source for obtaining new music. Also I can see how others may view the way he goes about his videos to be kind of gimmicky or annoying but honestly it makes it much more enjoyable for me. I don't always agree with him, but there are rarely any times that I have not enjoyed an album he has given at least an 8 to.

i just noticed him a week ago so i am new to it but he doesn't yell like a lot of these people so i don't have a problem with him.

His voice and face both annoy me, as do his embarrassing attempts at being "quirky", but he does often talk a lot of sense. He grates on me to such an extent that I find I only watch his reviews of albums I already know well. I tend to agree with a lot of what he says though. In fairness, video reviews just don't really work for me, I much prefer written reviews. It's the same with the DEHH guys, who I just find a bit annoying. There's a part of me that thinks that being convinced that the world needs to see your video review of an album probably just means you love the sound of your own voice, and no matter how good the reviewer may be (and how much I may agree with them) nothing can stop me from thinking they're just annoying egotists. Ho hum.

I check out his channel from time to time and have discovered some great albums but, just like everyone else here (apart from Jman who appears to be on another planet right now), I appreciate his taste in music but not his attempts at "comedy".
