In the first round, Phaedra's opponent, Ry Cooder's Paradise & Lunch garnered a lot of praise, but not a lot of votes, and the less vocal majority went with Tangerine Dream. On to the second round. From the comments, one could tell that the responders were giving Phaedra and Henry Cow's Unrest a second listen. They discovered that Phaedra sounded better and Unrest sounded worse as Tangerine Dream carried the day.
How 'bout a third listen? While your at it, give another spin to
In the first round, it beat its opponent by 15-1, the biggest margin of the tournament. It was so embarrassing, I'm not even going to name jhis first-round opponent (you can look it up if you really want to). The second round was not so easy, as it faced Grievous Angel by Graham Parker. After a close match (11-10), the "favorite-album-of-all-time"-ness gained a win for The Eenster.

Great write-ups, Listmeister! Love how you take a different tack with each round on these introductions.
This is the easiest decision of this batch for me. Despite really liking Phaedra, Here Come The Warm Jets is one of those albums that I'd be pretty psyched to see win the whole tourney.
Leaning, rather unenthusiastically in truth, towards Eno. Like both, love neither. _________________ 2021 in full effect. Come drop me some recs. Y'all know what I like.

Here Come the Warm Jets resonates more for me. _________________ "And canโt you see youโre in on it?
