since when have you had Red House Painters as your #1, that alone nearly makes this chart great but the remaining choices sell it for me. also love the colorful and almost poetic blurbs you write for many of your picks.

I've been waiting for this day for years, and now that it's here I don't know what to do with it.

At some point I gave up on trying to put these things in any kind of hard order. Red House Painters at #1 is good but really, every album on this chart is perfect to my ears, even that strange #99
