Just a short note to wish everybody a belated happy new year. BEA's top ranked album of 2017 (by quite a margin) was DAMN. by Kendrick Lamar. This was followed by a cluster of albums led by American Dream by LCD Soundsystem and A Deeper Understanding by The War On Drugs.

A lot of things are happening in the background to implement a new mobile friendly version of BEA. It's the number one goal this year and it's being actively worked on six days a week (150,000 lines of existing code are being refactored). A bit more detail has been posted in BEA's roadmap for 2018, which also contains some metrics from last year.
