I love Nowhere, and it's one of the best shoegaze albums, but Yerself Is Steam is in my top five for a reason. Still one of the most mindblowing, fantastic albums I've ever heard. It sounds fresh to this day, and there really isn't too much like it except for Boces. Mercury Rev are one of the best bands ever in my opinion, and certainly deserve more attention then they get.

Never heard either. They are both somewhat high on my listen list. Now here's cover is better. Mercury Rev's name I cooler. The concept I have for Ride's album seems better.

I love Nowhere, but I listened to Yerself a long time ago and it had a big hand in shaping my musical tastes, means a bit more to me.
