I think I'm giving it to Waits due to A) I listen to him more; and B) His discography is wonderfully eclectic, in-depth, and vast.

Abstained, though I probably prefer Waits, I feel bad for voting against Cohen in the first round.

I appreciate Cohen every time I listen to him, but never feel the urge to go back. Also, the first dance at my wedding was to Waits, so this is actually kind of an easy choice for me.

This could indeed be the final or semi final. Damn heartbreaking. Well, I honestly love waits about 5x more than Cohen. I really like Cohen, but Tom Waits is easily in my top 5 all time artists/bands.
