Quite simply one of the greatest live albums ever. Waaaay back this is really high up on my chart. Now it's not there anymore. It's not that I lost appreciation for the album, I just didn't know where on my chart it should be so I just got rid of it. Oh, also I have the deluxe edition so what I'm used to listening to is different than what the site has it as. The slide guitar on this some of the most beautiful playing out there. If and when I ever drop acid, this will be the first album I'll put on.

I assume this is the one with two lenghty jam numbers. If so, sorry, but jamming like that just doesn't work for me, making the album quite unlistenable to me.

This album... This album... God damn this album.

It's great GREAT in its own way. But... I can't honestly say I like it much at all. I really love love love hearing great and skilled guitarist jam for about 3-10 Minutes at a clip. But in the case of the legends in this band and on this album, they just go and go and go and ... GOOOOOO... I just can't get to the mid way point of the album and still stay interested.

Same hoes for other classic albums like Layla. I just can't go for it.
