Ah, cool, I shuffled some of this around last night. Obviously it is a work in progress (as it will be for the rest of my life), but I'm happy with how it is so far. But yeah, any comments or questions or whatever, I'd love to hear them.

Yeah this chart is a masterpiece. I really love it. There are just a great amount of albums in common with mine, albums I've never even heard of, and albums I have heard of and always wanted to check out and now want to check out even more.

As for Keith Jarret, I need to relisten to that Koln Concert now that I have gotten into more of his stuff. One of my favorite jazz albums ever is "Shades" by Keith Jarret. That's highly recommended if you haven't heard it.

Yeah there are a lot of great jazz recs here. I will be coming back.

Haven't heard Shades, I'll give it a listen some time next week if I get time. A lot of Keith Jarrett fans (including Keith Jarrett himself) aren't too keen on Koln Concert, but I think a lot of that is less because they dislike the music itself and more because they find that the music reminds them of other music that they dislike. I'd definitely recommend his trio stuff (Whisper Not and the Blue Note box set in particular). I also really like No End, the album that came out last year where he's playing electric guitar and things, but that one's probably not for everybody.

A pretty unique chart and I have to say I love it, although Bad has no business being here.

I love "Bad" personally. Ducking stellar dance pop record. Love that classic drum machine sound!

Oh and @Trendall - nice! Let me know what you think! Actually our little interchange here got me all interested in Jarrett again, so thanks!
