Melody's Chamber is a nice track, but not even close to one of my favourite Dillinger tracks. It's about living in a cultural depression, being unable to enjoy art and yourself because of the modern age living lifestyle. But it's not another "buhu internet" song, if you read the lyrics it's more of a human perspective on the matter. The name of the song itself was always incredibly cool to me. Will there ever be another Mona Lisa?
Not even talking about some of the best instrumental passages of the decade.
Woah I didn't even see this thread posted. Absolutely in love with this Melody track. It's like shades of Broadcast/Stereolab on top of her usual (Kevin Parker inspired) sound.
Didn't particularly love the other song, but it sounds like a band I could get into. Might try to listen to one of their albums.
