We are doing ties. However, if after three matches there aren't two clear group leaders, I will look at head-to-head records and then a potential bonus tiebreaker round. This is explained in more detail on the format and rules thread.

this looks like a lot of fun. sad i missed the cutoff but still hoping to participate during the voting. or at least I'll get a bot to just automatically vote for whichever time has more pen n pixel album covers because that's bound to deserve to win anyway
