Alright everyone— deadline's the end of the week. It came around fast.

I'm hoping to get around to watching one or two more films myself (then update my list a smidge).

So that means this sunday (North American Time?) I'll make sure to get a list in by then.

Mmmm, I mean— 12:00am (EST) Sunday, yeah. I'm hoping to have the list posted Sunday Smile (26th is the last day to submit lists).

Thanks CA— tallied Smile (for some reason I've never seen Blue Collar... don't know if I'll be able to find/watch it in time, but it'll go on my watchlist anywho)

Wish people could see how much of a race this is. Nothing's in cement yet.

Good job on The China Syndrome, Street Spirit/CA Dreamin, definitely underrated on the whole when looking at seventies as it really is one of the best films about the media out there. Anyways should get a list in by later tomorrow, just one big question to Hayden if Amor de Perdicao (Doomed Love) is eligible?

Think

Was it ever released as a film? Classification seems to flit between miniseries and film. Knowing Manoel de Oliveira, he doesn't have any hesitation releasing a 4h+ film, so as long as it was released as a film at some point, I'm okay with it. The 70s seems to have a few of these instances (primarily in Europe).

Seems to be referred to as a film enough that I'm okay with its eligibility, but I've never seen it, so I don't have any personal insight.

Either way, looking forward to your list Smile

And thanks LedZep, updated— Donkey Skin is a super interesting inclusion... for some reason I had it tacked as a 60s film (in my head). EDIT: And I am just 100% checking to make sure you meant to cut Taxi Driver.

OK, I just noticed two very strange ones missing from my list. (Two of my favorites). And one I didn't even realize I had never rated before.

List is up to date at 88 films. Will maybe be able to add a few more by tomorrow.

It's an interesting movie for multiple reasons, but not close to Demy's best. Still looks gorgeous and is just very fun to watch, easy addition to the list. And yes, I cut Taxi Driver upon a rewatch. A polarizing movie, first time I've seen it in 10-ish years (similar to Apocalypse Now). Might give my (controversial) thoughts on it at some point.

Updated Smile

Definitely some high-ranking additions there. Shakes up the list. If you add a few more (and please, do), just let me know.

TOMORROW IS THE FINAL DAY FOR LISTS
