BTW, my album in question is "A Piece of Strange" by Cunninlynguists. It was definitely officially released on January 24th 2006. Only a promo was released in 2005.

Tryna sabotage my lineup already ay? Not talking Discogs says there were editions of the record under circulation in 05 but most of them seem to be regional promo editions.

Looks like I have two charts to update.

2006 just became that much better.

I'm sorry... but only to an extent. Razz

It does also have that as the release on the group's bandcamp.

Here, you can have these two that I thought were from 2006, but apparently aren't.

A Piece of Strange is widely accepted to be a 2006 release, from what I can tell, and can therefore only be chosen by the 2006 team.

Man the singles part is especially difficult to narrow down to only 6!

I'm trying to limit my deck to 10 albums and 10 singles but struggling. Laughing

Can we have a "most cursed" hip hop moment from our year?

If so, I'd like to nominate this scene from Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties that features "Pump It" by The Black Eyed Peas.

What a blast from the past, I knew every line in that Garfield 2 movie when I was a kid. The first one too. Gotta be some of my most watched movies of all time lol. Although this is the first time I've heard the original English voice actors. Who Let The Dogs Out, Pump It, Hey Mama... Watching some of the scenes now, and the movie is so cursed haha.
