I know Michael as being so much better than all of this new stuff. Michael was OK if you don't know who Michael Jackson is, but was a dissapointment. XSCAPE is the nail in the coffin. It feels disrespectful, at this point, to be putting out so much garbage. If he'd wanted to release it, he would've.

I really really enjoy this album, but I will echo what skinny said, it's not really in the same level as Thriller and Off The Wall. Those albums are pristine. Bad has great moments and not many bad moments but idk, it doesn't feel like a cohesive pop/funk/R&B adventure like the earlier 2.

This. Apparently, Sony are planning to release up to 8 'new' MJ albums, which is pretty disgusting.
