Love it, galaxie 500 at the top (that I don't know why but makes this chart a kind of young,or teenage) ^_^, and then the great selection, with RHP, and some R.E.M, and some Mingus, and Vashti Bunyan, and showing the diversity between genres and the decades, great chart for a lovely user..... woohoo it's puncture chart's day!

Stunning tbh. In just 50 entries the chart manages to be twice as fascinating as the vast majority of top 100s. I've taken the Jackson C. Frank album from there and never regretted it, beautiful stuff. A bit sad not to see Antony in the top 10 anymore but that's just a detail, one of the best charts ever.

Puncture is sexy. I like to think I like Galaxie 500 more than most people but I don't think that's true here.

Check out that entire album and Drum's Not Dead and their s/t and WIXIW. They're so good.

Drum's Not Dead is best though.

Thanks for all the kind words guys, I've been trying hard to make my chart much more personal; more a collage than anything too accurate - I love too many albums to do that.

My Lady Story came on shuffle earlier today and I felt guilty; I think Antony might be slipping back in.

Which album features the song in which their vocalist passionately shrieks about being a horse? Want to hear that one
