This is pretty cool. It's good to see "Sign O The Times" so high even if behind "Purple Rain" (although PR is so great, just not nearly as great IMO). Overall this is a good chart, rife with absolute classics tht I generally agree are great.

Whats your point? Is tht a particularly big amount? And does that seem like a bad thing? That's 45% between essentially 15 years ('65 to '79) and 55% to albums mostly after (80s-2000s) that seems like a fair ratio, maybe a little heavy to the classics. But not bad.

Yeah, the year distribution doesn't seem like a problem to me. The biggest criticism you could level against this chart is that it wouldn't be too useful for an experienced listener. I like the variety, but it seems like they haven't delved much beyond the classics. The more recent records that they have on their chart, such Coldplay and Fleet Foxes, are a bit generic and make me question how much they've really heard from the last 20 years or so.
