Has some of the greatest songs ever made. And it's not even their best album, for me at least. That's how fucking amazing The Smiths are.

1, 2, and 10 are some of the best on the album. I think the reason this is considered their best album (I think Meat is Murder is their best) is that the lyrics aren't the bands opinions, but it was how people were at the time. This goes for most of their albums.
