Pretty simple. Just wanted to have a place I could randomly rank films which were made by the same director, or star the same person, or are somehow related, etc.

Anyway, there you go.

I'll probably do rankings like about my favorite biopics of musicians ranked, or something like that. That could also work here. Or you can rank the entries in a franchise, or you can rank the best picture winners you've seen or the best best actress performances you've seen. I mean THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS!!

The decade lists Hayden has been putting together have inspired me to finally look into classic and foreign film, so these are all films I've watched for the first time in the last 5 or 6 weeks.

Perfect
01) Dr. Strangelove
02) Seven Samurai

Great
03) Scenes from A Marriage (TV Version)
04) Badlands
05) Solaris
06) Breathless
07) Yojimbo/Sanjuro
09) 12 Angry Men
10) Black Orpheus
11) Close Up

Very Good
12) M
13) Watership Down
14) The Graduate
15) Persona
16) Fantastic Planet
17) Vivre Sa Vie
18) Rashomon
19) Ikiru
20) Stagecoach
21) Fanny and Alexander (TV Version)

Good
22) Weekend
23) Jules and Jim
24) Wild Strawberries
25) Band of Outsiders
26) The 400 Blows
27) Symbiopsychotaxiplasm

Forgettable
28) Autumn Sonata
29) The Mirror
30) 8 ½
31) The Blob
32) The Music Room
33) The Spirit of The Beehive

Keep in mind I haven't rewatched any of them yet, so some could certainly grow on me.

Then since Hayden did them, Pixar and Wes Anderson

Pixar
01) Wall E
02) The Incredibles
03) Ratatouille
04) Monster's Inc
05) Up
06) Inside Out
07) Toy Story 3
08) Finding Nemo
09) Toy Story
10) Cars
11) A Bug's Life
12) Toy Story 2
13) The Good Dinosaur
14) Cars 2
15) Brave

Still haven't seen Monsters University

Wes Anderson
1) Fantastic Mr. Fox
2) Rushmore
3) Moonrise Kingdom
4) Bottle Rocket
5) The Royal Tenenbaums
6) The Grand Budapest Hotel
7) The Darjeeling Limited
8) The Life Aquatic

Bottle Rocket, Tenenbaums, and Grand Budapest are all basically tied

Still haven't seen Monsters University

I never got the Brave hate. It's not great, but it's really not bad. I haven't seen a couple recent ones because I really haven't liked the direction Pixar's going of make more sequels and sequels that aren't as good ... Finding Dory, for example, looks terrible, Monster's University was unneccessary, and let's not even talk about Cars 2 (why are they making Cars Thr ... merchandising right ...)

1) Finding Nemo
2) Toy Story
3) The Incredibles
4) Wall E
5) Inside Out
6) Monsters, Inc
7) Toy Story 3
Cool Up
9) Ratatouille
10) A Bug's Life
11) Buzz Lightyear of Star Command (does this count?)
12) Brave
13) Cars
14) Toy Story 2
15) Cars 2

Someday I'll get to The Good Dinosaur and MU but I really didn't wanna pay to go see them in theatres. I'm going to go to Finding Dory in theaters and I kind of hate myself for it but Nemo was just so incredible ...

Here's some others:

MCU:

1) Iron Man
2) The Avengers
3) Guardians of the Galaxy
4) Captain America
5) Iron Man 2
6) The Incredible Hulk
7) Iron Man 3
Cool Thor
9) Thor: The Dark World (fun fact: I could not tell you what happens in this movie. I know I watched it due to others' accounts that I did watch it, but I have no memory, I remember a couple scenes but in my head they happened in the first movie, it's remarkable how forgettable this was.)

I still have hopes for Civil War because maybe it will be a payoff instead of a setup but it's been wayyyy too much setup of late. I gotta see Avengers 2 and probably Captain 2 before then but I probably won't bother with Ant Man due to the whole Edgar Wright thing. As someone put it recently, every movie is just an advertisement for an upcoming movie which will just be advertisement for another movie. Black Panther and Doctor Strange both have the chance to be amazing but I don't have terribly high hopes for the latter.

David O'Reilly (except Her cuz I didn't even know there was any connection and I've now only seen his animations and shorts I can't find anywhere):

The External World
Please Say Something
Octocat Adventures
WOFL2106
The Horse Raised By Spheres (which is, strangely, kind of how I pictured the start of Infinite Jest)
RGB XYZ
Untitled [The Fractals]
A Glitch is A Glitch
The Wrong Number
Children's Song
Untitled [Gotta Keep The Dream Alive]
Unlucky Little Man
Untitled [754524 - Hello My Honey]
???

If anyone knows where/how to find NDA and Serial Entopics that'd be great.
