That awkward moment when you realize that every Judas Priest and Death album is eligible for this tournament. Also, nearly every black metal album ever. Regardless if I only have the chance to pick one right now I guess I would go with:
Seven Churches by Possessed
I doubt you're gonna get anywhere close to 64 different people to pick an album each. Might I suggest 2 per person? Or perhaps people can nominate another album after a 24-48 hour time period?

You're probably right, though if more people participate we'll have a greater variety of albums. 64 looks like a longshot though. I'll give it until the end of the day and then make a call - even two per person won't be enough at the current pace, so I like the idea of allowing new nominations every 24 hours or so.
Alternatively we could decrease the album pool to 32 if there's only moderate interest.
