As a 17 year old kid who listens to a lot of music before my time, I obviously never got to see many of my favorite bands live. With youtube having a plethora of live videos, watching videos of my favorite bands has become a hobby of mine, and I'm sure there are many others here who also watch a lot of live videos.
To see your favorite bands recreate something on stage that you love in my opinion is amazing. Live music when done right can be the greatest aspect of music.
Some artists are better live -- Grateful Dead for example -- some are considered to be great live -- Led Zeppelin (before 1977) etc. -- and some artists' live albums are considered to be their best -- Allman Brothers, Cheap Trick, James Brown etc. If a band/artist was short-lived, that can generate a lot more interest in live recordings -- Hendrix etc.
I don't know about you, but I'm really fascinated by concert films of old 60s and 70s bands. I grew up in the time before YouTube, so I had to go out and rent concert movies. So I really like full length concert movies. I have no idea what your favorite bands are, but since you picked that Led Zeppelin one I can assume you like Classic Rock also. My favorites are mostly all the famous ones that most people have heard of. Here's some famous ones that I've always liked.
Monterey Pop
Woodstock
Janis
Ladies and Gentlemen The Rolling Stones
Pink Floyd Live at Pompeii
Gimme Shelter
These are some personal favorites of mine:
T.A.M.I. Show
Tangerine Dream Live at Coventry Cathedral 1975
Orbital... Live at Glastonbury
The Prodigy... World's on fire
Chemical Brothers... Don't Think
I always like seeing popular bands before they gained fame. Videos in small venues on someones old VCR tapes. Sound quality is not always great, but it's fun to see.
Live Under Blackpool Lights - The White Stripes live DVD, honestly, changed my life when I saw it when I was teen. That thing just absolutely blew my mind. I watched it about 15 times over the first month of owning it. _________________ -Ryan

The only concert film I've ever seen is "1991: The Year Punk Broke" (Sonic Youth, Nirvana, Dinosaur Jr), which I absolutely adore. I've never really thought about delving into other concert films from other bands I love, but now that you mention it I might try to get into some more, thanks for bringing it up.

I feel like bands are themselves the most before they get big, because they had less people breathing down their necks and trying to make everything they do increase their popularity. Great Nirvana video, thanks for sharing.
