Now Here is decent, but Iron Galaxy is one of the best street life songs you'll ever hear. So many great rhymes and lines, infinitely quotable phrases and intelligent metaphors.

Iron Galaxy. From one of my favorite Hip Hop albums of all time.

Really digging this Spartan Fidelity album though. The whole album is really good so far.

Indeed I need to find out more about that Spartan Fidelity album because I like this track very much and it is also my choice.

Iron Galaxy is excellent. Now/Here is a cool hidden gem, but not as good.

Well, I thought Here/Now might pass a round or two, but this is an unbalanced matchup. A hidden gem against a legend, but I’ll be loyal to my pick at least.

it's a solid album - one of my all-time favorites. spartan fidelity was a project cinjun and shelby tate threw together while remy zero was on hiatus . for the longest time, i thought the hiatus was related to cinjun's divorce from alyssa milano, but i guess that was years prior. anyway, the tates spent a considerable amount of time in tibet and were inspired by a lot of the music they heard there, which led to this project and the album excava 11. i highly recommend giving the album a spin. the entire project was pretty elusive, and i've been bummed for over a decade that they never took the spartans for another spin.

remy zero (they did that song "somebody saaaaaaaave meeeeeeee") is a great pop/rock group from that era that generally gets dusted over. i see them as sort of an upgrade on circa-00s-muse/coldplay/u2, and i definitely go back to them from time-to-time, particularly albums 1&2. but nothing they ever did as remy comes close to the wows excava 11 enchanted me with.

First listen to anything from either of these artists for me. I sort of liked both but neither blew me away. Voting for Spartan Fidelity.

Also a first listen of either. Liked the outro on the Spartan Fidelity track but didn't find the first part of the song so interesting. Couldn't make my mind up on the Cannibal Ox track but I think it may grow on me so I voted for that one.
