Obviously excellent and beautiful, though I confess to preferring his avant-garde and fusion stuff Miles did during the late sixties and early seventies.

Possibly my favourite jazz album, was previously in my top 100, but has since dropped out. Very good album!

Adore it. For a long time this was the only jazz album I could say that for. It's still my favorite jazz album. Miles has an amazing discography all around. But this is a resounding masterpiece.

This was my philosophy for a while, but I eventually realized that it was just way too good not to include. It may be the "cliché" jazz album pick, but I think that's warranted. Flawless from start to finish.
