Idk, Mule Variations is pretty amazing. It's a piece of genius, and it's on my chart. I trust that the Debut MM album is good, ill definitely check it out.
But that Tom Waits album is incredible. "Hold On" is one of the greatest songs ever written, as is "Take It With Me", and "Come On Up to The House", just amazing! Really great gospel/blues/Americana influences mixed with the usual more eccentric elements that mr. Waits brings to the table. My 2nd fave Waits album behind Rain Dogs...and it's really close. _________________ -Ryan

But yeah he has basically 25 at least good albums! |
My top 6 would be:
1. Rain Dogs
2. Heart Of Saturday Night
3. Swordfishtrombones
4. Small Change
5. Bone Machine
6. Mule Variations
Then after that it's hard to tell. _________________

I haven't actually listened to the entirety of any of these albums, but judging from the songs I know on each, I think that The Rolling Stones was actually pretty cool. I should probably give that a listen. _________________ 51 Washington, D.C. albums!

Three great artists.
Dramamine is one of Modest Mouse's greatest songs.

Breakthrough > Dramamine
EDIT: Dramamine's pretty dope though. I enjoy the intro to it a lot, and the rest of it is just a bit crazy, but breakthrough an energetic and catchy song with a great build up and probably one of my favorite Modest Mouse verses.

I love breakthrough as well. And they have other tracks on their next two albums better than anything here. I just love how emotionally raw Dramamine is. And of course the guitar and bass riffs are incredible.
