Oh cool, I've heard both of these. I think Jay-Z's went on to do better work, although his debut is still a solid album. Suicide on the other hand, is a fantastic record, sort of like a fucked up horror story. Voted Suicide.

I'd never even heard of Suicide before, but dang they've got a really trippy sound. It's like electronic Bauhaus featuring David Bowie. It's weird and I love it. No contest to me. _________________
