This was an album I was completely unfamiliar with (except of course for the cover of Dear Prudence which doesn't even appear on the original album) and of course I should have been in contact with it already because it's a good one. This is already proven by the dazzling Dazzle with its luscious classical orchestration and the also dazzling Blow The House down at the end. The rest of the album is not her best but still good Siouxsie stuff (helped of course by the additional help of Robert Smith).
Another strong album from a criminally underrated artist. Like all great music it still sounds fresh today. Good stuff.
Dear Prudence was not included on original UK track listing so have removed...sorry

My favorite album by the group. It starts off with the wonderous Dazzle and is a hypnotic trip throughout. Their cover of Dear Prudence is one of the best covers I've heard. It is a hidden gem of an album.

As has already been said there is a "Cure" feel about this album via Robert Smith on guitars/keyboards. It is however essentially a Banshee record although Smiths influence cannot be denied(Dazzle, Bring Me The Head.... & Blow The House Down). Other notable tracks are Take Me Back & We Hunger.
Features Robert Smith of The Cure on guitars throughout the entire album.
