James Horner was the best at creating the musical mood of a movie in the 80's. Willow's theme is one of the best hero themes out there and possibly the very best. Easily my favorite composer of the 80's and 90's even over Williams. My favorite scores by him include Glory, Patriot Games, Apollo 13, Field of Dreams, Star Trek 2 and 3, Land Before Time, Sneakers, Willow, Braveheart and the wacky brilliance of Honey, I Shrunk The Kids.
