Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. The whole album sounds stale for me. But it has three strong tracks (needless to name them here I guess) to appeal to a massive audience. My favorite is Burn. This mid-tempo R&B ballad is as touching as Beyonce's Halo imo.

I grew tired of Usher telling me what a terrible person he was pretty quickly. The album still had more than an hour of run time remaining.
Shortlisted for album of the year at the Grammys in 2005. The winner was Genius Loves Company by Ray Charles & Various Artists (Edited)
Pained, honest R&B from a singer at his lowest point.
