Old Town Road was one of the biggest hits of the year.
"7" is the name of one of Lil Nas X's dogs (the other is called 9). It is also the title of his first EP and the number of tracks of the project. Through this EP, he makes experiments and plays with different musical genres always staying in a pop rap style close to Travis Scott or Drake. Sincerely, I thought that the success of Lil Nas X would be short-lived, I thought that "Old Town Road" was a one hit wonder. But in fact Lil Nas X was able to tie these seven tracks, while trying to breathe fresh on hip-hop and stand out of "Old Town Road". I can only welcome the risks taken by Lil Nas X, despite its fragile notoriety.

It's not good, but he shows a lot of artistic initiative
The Old Town Toad remix was pop gold, which makes this one goddamn big disappointment of an EP.
