2012 was the essential year for the "nuevo indie argentino" (argentine new indie), a troop of new bands that reshaped the standards of agentine rock and pop. Most significant album for the genre, released in 2012, may be "La Dinastia Scorpio" by El Mató A Un Policía Motorizado. But the debut of Tobogán Andaluz also took place that year and contributed to this new sound which is in fact not that new since it has re elaborated american lo-fi/alternative rock melting it with local influences. Viaje de Luz is a beautiful composition with some "naive" feeling going thru it, packed in short cheerful songs.
