"Dear hipsters, I like this album. Please don't ruin it for me by saying it's as good as/better than The Beatles. It's not. sincerely, gussteivi" Reply

"I honestly don't know or care much about anything Odd Future related. I'm not going to lie, the enormous hype relative to people like Frank Ocean, Tyler the Creator, and Earl Sweatshirt is dumbfounding as from what I feel is anything explementary. Though, I do try to be ahead of the curve when be..." Reply

"I’m not going to fight it. I’m addicted to the sparkling, candy colored songs of Beach House. Beach House go full-on arena-sized for this album. Launching the grandeur of the Cocteau Twins straight to the upper rafters. I completely give in to its waves of Cure and Loveless-era MBV guitars washin..." Reply

"Let's face it: this record isn't a 10/10. It's got too many iffish songs (looking at you, second half of the album) for that. But it makes up for that rather lacking second half with it's brilliant first half and the final track of the album, which is arguably the best. The hooks on this record a..." Reply

"All, I think too much emphasis is being placed on the "persona" of Lana Del Rey. It's a self imposed distraction by Grant to indulge in her love affair with 1950s Americana while also criticizing pop constructions in general. Take another listen to "Without You" and tell me that all of these thea..." Reply

"In the future filmakers who make war movies are totally going to use these songs for their soundtracks. Haunting, rough, and downright scary, this is definitely the best art rock album to emerge from 2012." Reply

"On one hand, this is (often) catchy pop music with some beautiful passages. On the other hand, it's antiseptic, inoffensive, trendy background music for a generation of insular, apathetic, urban airbnbheads doing instagram poses with glitter in their beards. Overall, I find the album kind of bori..." Reply
