Louisiana blues/jazzman Leon Redbone has been around for years in a sort of unclassifieable style of music, where he is solely on his own. On this album he is joined by quite a few other musicians who try their hands, voices, talents at his particular genre. Merle Haggard and Ringo Starr lend their voices on a track a piece, while Roger McGuinn turns up on another track. All in all a good time is had by all. Released by Private Music and BMG (Cat #: 01005-82117-2) in 1994., the album is a fine addition to any collection particularly for the closing tune "I Ain't Got Nobody."
