To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of their existence, A & M record label issued a handful of compilations featuring some of the most prominent artists on their roster. Quincy Jones was the third such featured artist, hence the release of "Classics - Volume 3" in 1987 on (Cat#: CD 6550). The 18 songs here date from 1971 to 1981. His earlier work must be found on some other album. Authenticated on discogs.com
