Marc Bolan made 12 studio albums between 1968-77 Unicorn was the 3rd. This was the last album he made with Steve Peregrin Took and the second last as Tyrannosaurus Rex. Overall it is a good album but not, in my opinion, as good as his first two albums ( My People... & Prophets...). It doesn't seem to have stood the test of time as well and the 16 tracks are a few too many. His next album Beard Of Stars was a big step forward.
