Excellent. In Small doses. Really not my thing for an entire album. Highly produced, pretty generic sounding modern blues. Everything's done well... it's just pretty predictable.

Buddy really nailed it with this one and helped usher in yet another blues revival. His singing and playing are both so full of soul and expression and the production is crystal clear. Magnificent modern blues album!

Such killer old school blues seemed a bit out of place in the 90s, but it was certainly welcome. Few musicians had to work longer and harder to get their due than Buddy.
