A live record by Elis, whti songs by Chico Barque, João Bosco and others. A clash against the then waning , but still murdeorus and very dangerous, military dictatorship in Brazil.

Music like a knife. The anger in "Deus lhe Pague" is so fundamentally expressed and thrown agains the bourgeois audience, that it's hard to breathe while hearing her. It's Punk with a deeper, far more horrible and far more dangeous reason. One may wish, noone would need to be in such a situation, but Elis Regina was the one to express something crucial and urgent.
