This just oozes 1950s French art film, in the best way possible. It feels a bit disjointed in places, but the music is so good, I'm willing to forgo that complaint completely. (Edited)

I really like the chill, "cool", feel of this album. I think it hits that better than any other of his I have listened too. Just chill jazz. (Edited)

Dark and smoky soundtrack for a dark and smoky film. Miles was not a true virtuoso, but he sure knew how to wring a lot of mood from his horn. (Edited)
