This is a power pop adrenaline rush from start to finish! A terrific debut from Nick Lowe who would go on to become one the finest songwriters of the post punk/new wave era. A top fifty album for me.

It's all right. Some really good songs here and there. Some forgettable stuff, but I dig it.
Best Tracks: I Love the Sound of Breaking Glass, Tonight
A brilliant album from an underrated songwriter. Jesus of cool, is up there with albums from Elvis Costello and Graham Parker from the same period. Featuring the hit, I love the sound of breaking glass, Jesus of cool, includes other excellent songs in, little Hitler,, so it goes, and, Marie Provost. A great new wave pop album.
So It Goes is an amazing track!
