Pop-rock / CanCon joy from the late 80s. Right place, right time - smack in the middle of the Renaissance.
Great album for anyone who got confused by love. Yet another one of those albums too smart for public consumption.

This is the debut album from the Toronto quintet "The Pursuit of Happiness". Produced by Todd Rundgren,"Love Junk" is a pure power pop. Tight arrangements. Self-deprecating lyrics. Infectious melodies with an energetic hard rock-pop crunch.
Lead singer/songwriter/guitarist Moe Berg delivers lyrics that are simultaneously literate, wise, poignant and irremediably hornyIt's a lot of fun.
