Where they establish their sound. One of 4 decent Rheostatic's albums.
With their second album, the Rheostatics took a big leap forward in quality. The album's not as eclectic as their later releases but if you're bouncing around the Rheo's catalog this can come as a relief. Martin Tielli's guitar work, always a highlight on Rheostatics albums, shines brightly here.
