Uno dei tanti prodotti degli anni ottanta proveniente dall'Africa, come era di moda a seguito dell'uscita di "Graceland" di Paul Simon. "Soro" è tra i migliori grazie al talento dell'autore, alla sua capacità di mischiare bene e con gusto gli ingredienti del suo continente con le sonorità pop ed in parte anche jazz.
